GAS BURNERS FOR INDUSTRIAL KILN

Automatic gas burners firing system

is widely used in many industries such as ceramics, heavy clay, metallurgical machinery, metallurgy, refractory materials and chemicals. Fuel could be natural gas, LPG, CNG, coal gas and biomass gas whatever main content is butane or propane.

 

BrickMac Gas Firing System made of one group of medium-high velocity automatic starting burner with flame control, designed to be fixed in the first fire rows. Due to its high power the group of burner is suitable for the fire preparation and its own feature is to be able to work with every temperature. Moreover it is normally used for the starting of kilns.

 

After the starting burners, then generally it goes with 7-9 groups of regular firing burners. The firing burners working with a mixture of blowing air and gas opportunely calculated sizing right the power of electroblowing fan and nozzles but equipped with valves for the final regulation during the working following the requirements of the different types of material to be fired. It work by spontaneous ignition, therefore without of flame control. It can be supplied complete with switchboard, especially the latest model is supplied with a switchboard able to manage the opening time of every single solenoid valve(one valve on every firing point) and the cycle frequencies.

Safe Operate

The safeties have been further on augmented and, in particular, every firing point is now independent from other ones; the starting burner helps besides to eliminate the unburnt gas from the first fire rows increasing the efficiency and lowering the consumption. Every machine is equipped with an electric switchboard able to operate independently all of the control functions, the working temperature as well as all the flame controls. It can be interfaced with all the most modern operating systems.

Easy Maintenance

The firing burners are high reliability and easily management burners. All the parts in contact with fire are stainless steel made; in
particular the final section of diffusers, more exposed to fire, is made with a high thickness founding with a stainless steel alloy. Through advisable modifications the firing burner can be used as FLASHING equipment in reducing environment.

 

The firing burner can be also realized on wheels and with particular accessories that make it movable in such a way as to be used on Hoffman kilns.
