Drive System & Lubrication
Static electric screw press is driven by hydrostatic screw, nut and bearing, doing vertical motion by screw rotation.
Automatic lubrication system injects oil from the beam to screw rod and nut via hydrostatic bearing.
This reduces friction between transmission parts.
Sealing Structure & Guidance
Fully sealed structure prevents dust intrusion.
The cylinder block acts as a guide rail with four X-shaped guide rails.
It ensures accurate slider movement and protects the screw/nut from radial force.
